今天是我们每一个新生感到自豪的日子，因为我们已成为现代学子，将在_学院师范学院书写我们生命中最灿烂的一笔!我是来自师范学院_x专业的大一新生_x，很荣幸能够站在这儿代表全体新同学发言，因为这个机会对我来说不仅是一种锻炼，更是一种激励!踏入校园，我们就深深陶醉于校园浓郁的人文环境和优美的自然风光之中，使我们感受到温馨的师生之情同学之情，有在家一般的温暖。在此，请让我代表全体新生向热情关心我们的领导、老师和师兄师姐表示衷心的感谢!

大学的生活已经开始。回首高三的点滴我们经历了不平凡的一年。甚至整个高中生涯，离开所熟悉的生活，紧张、陌生，兴奋、迷茫一齐涌入到体内。我们面对的是一个全新的世界，我心目中的大学生活是一个绚丽的舞台，是一面宽大明亮四面都是镜子的练功房，一场场精彩的演出，十年寒窗终于换来了今天的大学生活，怀着满心的欢喜来到了_学院师范学院，在刚刚入学的这几天，我感到这种生活方式是新的，因而也是不成熟的，生活中充满了朝气，奋进，欢乐。同时也少不了挫折，困难。

马上我们就要迎来了入学以来的第一项挑战，那就是“军训”古人云“天将降大任于斯人也，必先苦其心志，劳其筋骨，饿其体肤”。军训就像一场马拉松比赛，没有坚韧的意志，难以坚持到终点;军训就像攀登险峰，没有健康的体魄，难以到达峰顶;军训也是一场最有组织纪律性的活动，没有集体主义的精神就无法取得优异的成绩。可以说军训是一个大课堂，它将锻炼我们的体格，磨练我们的意志，让我们学会坚韧、宽容、自立，让我们学会吃苦耐劳。我相信，这次军训，一定会让我们少一份娇气，多一份坚强;少一份怨天尤人，多一份勇往直前，同时我们也会更加懂得自制、自爱、自信和自强。

最后我代表全体大一同学庄严承诺：我们一定秉承”现代精神”——精诚团结学用结合善谋实干知难而进创新发展，在军训中坚决服从教官的指挥，以现代人的品质、现代人的气魄，严肃认真，高标准、高质量地完成好本次军训!我们会以此为动力，用自信、勤奋、意志来武装自己，努力学习，踏实工作，用我们的智慧、我们的勇气和我们永不服输的年轻的心，向着生命中每一座山峰，勇敢攀登，从稚嫩走向成熟，从现在走向成功!我们将带着无限求知的赤诚之心去开拓、进取，去描绘我们无悔的青春，去书写现代新的辉煌!我代表全体新生向学院保证，在军训期间一定遵守教官对我们的严格要求，努力做到最好，不给师范学院抹黑，做一个骄傲的_人!

尊敬的各位评委老师大家好，今天我的演讲题目是《以宪为纲，知法守法》。

我叫闫畅，是来自日照第二实验中学一名幸运的中学生。说我幸运，因为我出生在一个崭新的时代，生长在一个法治的社会，一个法治的国家。

当我们站在岁月的肩膀上远眺，我们看到了，看到了那个旧社会里，封建腐朽的中国，看到了那个千疮百孔，令人心酸的中国。但此时此刻，我站在这里，用语言的力量来传达我的情感，这何尝不是一种幸运?而这一切，都要归功于我们和平法治的国家，归功于国家的根本大法《宪法》。

从小，家里的老人就教我们：无规矩不成方圆。后来，老师告诉我们：国无法不治，民无法不立。《宪法》对于一个国家而言，如甘露，如阳光;对于我们而言，如铠甲，如标杆。

今天我能够站在这里，因为宪法给了我受教育的权利，给了我了解民主法律的机会，给了我们大家一个和平稳定的社会。可以说，《宪法》是我们如今一切成就的根本。作为一名炎黄子孙，我们都知道，清朝末年的中国，是何等的落后，软弱，那些屈辱的历史犹如一把尖刀刻在每一位中国人心中，我们也常说，勿忘国耻，振兴中华。但是试想，如果我们国家没有《宪法》，没有民主没有法治，我们又该如果度过那段支离破碎的岁月，又该如何走向未来实现伟大的中国梦?

爱国、守法，不止是说说而已。

我们作为一位炎黄子孙，有责任去维护我们祖国的和谐，而作为一名新时代的中学生，更应该去了解、去遵守我们国家的根本大法《宪法》。

生活中，时常会有同学说，宪法离我们很远。但是，你是否知道，我们时时刻刻受着宪法的保护?我们每天上学、接受教育，是遵守《宪法》，我们保护环境，节约资源，是遵守《宪法》，我们学习、践行社会主义核心价值观，也是遵守《宪法》，可见，《宪法》就在我们身边，《宪法》陪伴我们成长。刘媛媛发表过一篇演讲，叫《年轻人能为世界做什么》，她说总有一天银行行长会是九零后，企业家会是九零后。其实同样，总有一天我们也会长大成人，也会成为这个社会的主角，那么我想问大家，如果在那一天，我们又能为这个世界做什么?为这个国家、这个社会做什么呢?我知道不是每一个人都能够成为那种站在风口浪尖上去把握国家命运的人物，你我都是再普通不过的升斗小民，是这个庞大的社会机器上一颗小小的螺丝钉，但我相信有一件事情我们都可以做到，那就是遵守《宪法》，做一个知法懂法守法用法的人，用我们的法律知识，为我们的国家贡献自己的聪明才智。

让我们用宪法规范自己的行为，深入学习、宣传宪法，全面深刻理解宪法的基本原则和精神，充分认识社会主义制度的优越性，增强宪法意识、公民意识、爱国意识和民主法治意识，大力弘扬法治精神。不仅自己遵纪守法，同时把法制意识宣传给周围的人，真正做到宪法在我们的一言一行之中，宪法更在我们的心中。

宪法很薄，也很重。它的沉重，是我们十三亿炎黄子孙的信念与希望，更是照亮我们每一位中国人，照亮这个崭新时代的曙光!所以，亲爱的同学们，让我们共同努力，学习宪法遵守宪法，以宪为纲，知法守法，做一名新时代的合格中学生!
